I've been into this particular location with friends and family on 3 occasions, and every time has been beyond expectations. The crews they have working the flat top are really good, and the taste of their subs are beyond what you're going to find at most of the chains in town, Subway included.
I've tried the Club, the Italian, and the Chicken Parmesan, and all have been excellent, and the fries are amazing. I not only completely recommend checking it out, I've brought friends from work in who were unaware it was even here in town. If you're looking for delicious hot subs with fresh ingredients, sauteed up, and handcut fries, look no further. -

Penn Station is one of my favorite sub shops. I wish there was more around the area. When one came to Marion I was so excited. Since I work there I knew I would have the opportunity to eat there often. There is plenty of parking out front so you don't have to worry about that. My favorite sandwiches are their chicken salad and italian. I like how you have many different sizes to choose from on you sub 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12. The best part is they grill their subs. It gives the bread a nice crunch. The one downside though is they are kind of expensive. Also it takes longer to make your order so this is not a place you will get right in and right out of. The chicken salad can be a little messy also so be prepared for that. They cut their fries fresh and they are nice and crispy. Before you leave make sure to get a cookie. I repeat, GET A COOKIE. They are seriously the most delicious cookies on earth. I will always go to Penn Station when given the option.

Good service and nice space for eating.
Costs a little bit more than your average sub-shop, but I'd say it's because the ingredients are so fresh (and that comes through on the taste).
Speaking of taste: I read another review about the "oozy" and "messy" of it. They're right! If you've ever had a REAL Philly Cheesesteak, that's exactly what it is! Messy, filthy awesomeness. And a lot of the sandwiches seem to fit this same description.
Takes a little longer for the hot subs, because once again, they build it and slow-cook it right in front of you. For my wife and I, it's worth the wait when we have the time.
So, for what it is, I think they hit the nail on the head.
Had Penn Station in Dayton where I grew up, and missed it when we moved to Indiana. Being in Marion now, glad to have a sub sandwich option like them. -

I'd eaten here once while traveling a long time ago. It was a fine hot sub place. We tried to eat at this location about a month after opening. We paid for our order and they gave us our drink cup and then over half the drinks were out of order including the coke. We cancelled our order and left.
Thinking they may have worked out the kinks, I just ordered a cheesesteak for my nephew and myself. He doesn't turn down any food ever. I was thinking to myself this was pretty disgusting and then he turns and says, "I don't like this". It was basically a garlic and mayo sandwich. Just a white creamy glob oozing a messy mess and a few small mushy pieces of "steak". We both just threw our food away and I made him a hot dog. I have ordered a cheesesteak at just about any restaurant in America that sells them. No more penn station for this family. -

The store was clean and the girls working there this evening were so friendly and helpful. Our subs were ok but somewhat small. The price was reasonable. Probably will go there again.
